Where and when I will receive my order? 

All in-stock items are shipped right away. Once the item is shipped, standard shipping times apply. If your order has items with different estimated shipping dates, your order will only ship once all items are ready. Check the product description for ETA.

US and Australian shipments will take around 2-12 business days.

European and Canadian shipments will take around 4-20 business days.

Orders to Asia, Africa, Middle East, and South America may take 1-3 months to be delivered once shipped.

How much is the shipping cost to my country? 

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout, and they are calculated based on the freight forwarder’s rates. Depending on weight, shipping method and destination the prices might vary.


Do I have to pay import taxes? 

If you are outside of United States, most likely you will have to pay exporting taxes. Import duties are taxes collected on imports and exports by the country's customs authorities. While the cost of shipment for your package is included in your total price, you may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your country. We cannot control if your order gets pulled and there are additional fees during the customs process in your country. There are special items that are coming from distribution centers outside of the USA, for those products, import duties will apply.


Can I change my shipping address? 

You must contact info@therussiandude.com immediately if you made a mistake in the address or the order. If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped, you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. The Russian Dude store is not responsible for shipment to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatch.


Can I track my order? 

Tracking information will be sent to the email contact you provide us. For specific tracking details or if your delivery is late, you can contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information, including any carrier or regional delays.

Can I return my order? 

If you have to make a return, please send an email to info@therussiandude.com using as subject line: Returns + the order number. Shipping and importing costs are not included and an additional cost that you will need to pay, please consider the environment when purchasing and returning products as they carry a large carbon footprint. The return must be in their original packaging and unused.
