Content. All the content, designs, and phrases in digital or physical version are protected under copyrights policies. Using or reproducing the content in this website is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content or other materials viewed through the Services. Reselling or using the services in any manner that could damage the brand is strictcly prohibited. Third-Party. services from third parties that appear throughout the services are the products, content, and services of those third parties. The Russian Dude does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of these products, content, or services.
Creating an account. You may need to create an account to access certain services. In order to do so, you will be required to provide information, including, but not limited to, your name, email, and phone number. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information. Your registration must be done using your real name. Each registration is for your personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or entity. Opt-out. You have the right to opt out of the provisions of this Section by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to the following email address: info@therussiandude.com. Subject Line: Opt-out. You must include your name and residence address and the email address and/or telephone number associated with your account.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS, SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS SHALL ONLY APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AGGREGATE OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU OR US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THAT ANY CLAIM ARISES, OR (B) $100.
Shipping and Returns Policies:
Where and when I will receive my order?
All in-stock items are shipped right away. Once the item is shipped, standard shipping times apply. If your order has items with different estimated shipping dates, your order will only ship once all items are ready. Check the product description for ETA.
US and Australian shipments will take around 2-12 business days.
European and Canadian shipments will take around 4-20 business days.
Orders to Asia, Africa, Middle East, and South America may take 1-3 months to be delivered once shipped.
How much is the shipping cost to my country?
Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout, and they are calculated based on the freight forwarder’s rates. Depending on weight, shipping method and destination the prices might vary.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
If you are outside of United States, most likely you will have to pay importing taxes. Import duties are taxes collected on imports and exports by the country's customs authorities. While the cost of shipment for your package is included in your total price, you may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your country. We cannot control if your order gets pulled and there are additional fees during the customs process in your country. There are special products that are shipped from distribution centers outside of the USA, if this is the case, import fees will apply to US customers.
Can I change my shipping address?
You must contact info@therussiandude.com immediately if you made a mistake in the address or the order. If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped, you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. The Russian Dude store is not responsible for shipment to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to the email contact you provide us. For specific tracking details or if your delivery is late, you can contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information, including any carrier or regional delays.
Can I return my order?
If you have to make a return, please send an email to info@therussiandude.com using as subject line: Returns + the order number. Shipping costs are not included and an additional cost that you will need to pay, please consider the environment when purchasing and returning products as they carry a large carbon footprint. The return must be in their original packaging and unused.
